Day 1: Arrival at Katra
Arrive at Jammu Airport or Railway Station, where you will be greeted by our representative. From there, you will be driven to the town of Katra (50 km, approximately 1.5 hours). On arrival, check-in at your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure. You can relax and take in the peaceful surroundings, or explore the local markets and temples. Overnight stay at Katra.
Day 2: Mata Vaishno Devi Darshan
After an early breakfast, embark on the spiritual journey to the Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine, located at an altitude of 5200 feet. The trek is a 12 km uphill journey that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The main temple enshrines the natural Pindies, representing Goddesses Saraswati, Kali, and Lakshmi. If preferred, you can also use pony services, palkis, or helicopter rides for convenience. After the darshan, return to Katra in the evening. Overnight stay at Katra.
Day 3: Chamunda Devi, Kangra and Jawalamukhi Temple Visit
After breakfast, head to Chamunda Devi Temple, located on the banks of the river. The temple is known for its historical significance and spiritual ambiance. From here, continue your journey to the Brajeshwari Temple in Kangra, a revered site dedicated to Goddess Brajeshwari. Next, travel to Jwalamukhi (55 km), where the Jwala Ji Temple awaits. Known for its unique “flaming mouth” phenomenon, the temple is dedicated to the Goddess Jwala, who is worshipped in the form of eternal flames. After a spiritual visit, check in to your hotel in Jwalamukhi for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Departure
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed for your journey to the nearest Railway Station or Airport for your onward journey. Take home the blessings and serenity from this unforgettable spiritual tour.
