Day 1: Arrival in Katra
Arrive at Jammu Airport/Railway Station and transfer to Katra, the base town for the Vaishno Devi yatra. After a smooth check-in to your hotel, spend the rest of the day at leisure. Enjoy a peaceful evening at the hotel, soaking in the tranquil atmosphere.
Day 2: Visit Vaishno Devi Temple
After a hearty breakfast, embark on a spiritual journey to the Vaishno Devi Temple, one of India’s most revered pilgrimage sites. The trek to the temple offers a serene and peaceful environment surrounded by nature. After darshan, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Katra.
Day 3: Scenic Drive to Srinagar
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and begin your scenic drive to Srinagar. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel and unwind. Enjoy a leisurely evening, soaking in the beauty of the picturesque surroundings.
Day 4: Exploring Sonmarg, Kashmir
After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive towards Sonmarg, known as "The Meadow of Gold." Upon arrival, check into your hotel and relax. The day is free for you to explore the surroundings or simply enjoy the serene atmosphere.
Day 5: Amarnath Yatra – A Divine Helicopter Journey
After an early breakfast, transfer to the Neelgrath Helipad. You will board the helicopter for a journey to Panchtarni. From there, a 6 km trek awaits to the Holy Amarnath Cave. Alternatively, you can hire a pony or palki for the trek. After a deeply spiritual darshan of Lord Shiva, return by helicopter to Neelgrath. Later, drive back to Srinagar and check-in to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.
Day 6: Departure from Srinagar
After breakfast, check out of your hotel and transfer to Srinagar Airport/Railway Station for your onward journey, filled with memories of a divine and enriching experience.
